Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS - AUGUST TECHNOLOGY TOGO

1. Deadline: 7 days after receipt to report a problem.

2. Condition: Product not used, in its original packaging.

3. How to do it: Send us a photo/video on WhatsApp +228 71 18 53 04

4. Refund: By Mobile Money or Ecobank transfer within 3 working days after receipt of return.

5. Fees: Free return if error on our part. Otherwise costs at the expense of the customer.

6. Non-returnable products: Personalized products, software, gift cards.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Togo: Delivery 24h-48h Lomé, 3-5 days inside.

2. International: 7-15 working days via Auto DS (Africa/Europe/USA)

3. Togo fees: 1000 F CFA Lomé, 2000 F CFA interior. Free from 15,000 F CFA.

4. International fees: Calculated at checkout according to weight + country

5. Taxes/Customs: At the expense of the customer at the reception (except Togo)

6. Tracking: SMS/WhatsApp with tracking number.
